I am new to the Mauser in general so I'm not familiar with what should be marked where and what it means. I found the manufacture from the bcd code and the date obviously is 1943.

Re: Mauser action rifle identification. It is a Small Ring. The pictures you need to take are of the top of the front portion of the reciever. Also you can measure the front of the reciever ring and if it is 1.4ish it is a large ring. If it is 1.3ish it is a small ring. Also measure the reeciever stock screws.
