Actiontiles weather not working.

I run fully kiosk with actiontiles and have a tab on there to open up TinyCam monitor. I know there’s setting within fully kiosk to regain focus after xxx ... Been using ActionTiles for years on an old 2nd gen iPad as a weather station and lights control unit. Since about a week the action buttons (dim lights, shut down lights, etc) are not functioning. This one is from an ActionTile dashboard. There are many options. There is a built-in weather component in Hubitat, Open Weather if you get an API key is pretty easy to add. You just add a Virtual Device, Weather, then paste an API key and check your location. It is fairly basic but it works good. It looks like this is a problem again. My FireHD 10 (9th gen) updated itself to Fire OS 7.3.2.9 and I believe this triggered an issue again. Actiontiles just starts, shows the logo then crashes. Any help? PS I still do not see the app in the Play Store or Amazon App store when I search for it.
