I’ve been using the chipotle app for years. Maybe 2-3 times a year I’d have an issue and would make a complaint on the app, would always receive something like free guac, entree, whatever. Went the other week, my order was the wrong one, decided to complain to pepper and all it said was were sorry, we’ll do better.Almost every time I order chipotle from like Uber eats, they mess up my order somehow like not giving me chips when I paid for the them or completely missing ingredients in a bowl. I kept doing the receipt thing on purpose for a few weeks just because my phone is slow and it's easier, lo and behold the app refused to take the code until a month passed. I still got all the point since it's 30 days but annoying.
