For many years guys were using factory 400 cranks in their 408" stroker 351W builds as that was the only option throughout the 1980's and most of the 1990's. The 351W stroker crank is a good bit lighter than the stock 400 but I doubt it'll be a one-for-one swap.

Cleveland mains are much smaller than 351W,M, & 400. 351W and 400 bearings are different. 351M/400 and 351C use the same rod bearings. As for putting a W crank in a 351M/400, you can do it, I did it.
