I play All-Madden. Tired of quick QBs being caught by linemen. Well someone on the operation sports said that 95 is the most realistic. I play on 52 but it's also a part of a slider set. I used matt10 all Madden sliders as a base then I made some tweaks for my own taste and found 52 was pretty solid with the sliders.

I personally like the injury slider at 25. People are complaining about injuries, but I see like 1-3 a game and they are usually only out for a few mins. Injuries add a layer of much needed depth to franchise mode and aren’t out of control as people say. People see their favorite player go down and then jump online to complain.
