I was confused because it showed directly to the upper area but I didn't have a rope to climb up. Knowing now where it really is makes the bunker finder seem kinda buggy. I did find a cache with the yellow beeper at the east side of the map tho. Edit: needle only shows the direction. Beeps tell you the distance.
