Hi. 122% meso obtain here. You need to 1 hit with blackhearted curse and kishin to have optimal rates. The way I do it is turn on the level 150 hyper skill bubble (blackhearted curse), put kishin on top and walk clockwise or counterclockwise with vanquisher's charm - looting as I go.
