This strike is woven into the build as it is AoE, applies a debuff, deals force damage, and most importantly: procs the paranoia/dark imbuement ability. Paranoia really pushes your damage even higher because of the investment into Sneak Damage which this build goes into (bettered further with gear, lives etc).

At level 15 I used Close Wounds to heal between fights, and kept Maximize/Empower/Quicken on at all times for Cure Mod and Cure Light for the occasional heals within combat.Especially these end-game builds (as opposed to fixing up someone's non-optimal broken build). One suggestion would be if the guest could also provide a non-raid equipment list.
