Happened to me when my contraband stash was full and had a mission that gave a weapon completed. Most likely it's because you have 9/10 in contraband stash and completed 2 missions that give a weapon each. If you DO NOT own MW2 and only have Warzone 2.0, press DELETE ALL and boot the game. It should re-sync all your data, nothing is lost, and you should be able to use whatever gun you want in DMZ. If you DO have the full game then ONLY delete your RESERVED SPACE. This fixes my Insured slot issue everytime.

Best I can tell, having attachments from bundles/variant attachments causes the guns to disappear upon infil. Big issue if you're infilling with contraband player weapons and your own, as it will cause your own gun to disappear.
