There are a number of guilds with no weekly sale requirement, but a weekly fee of 2k or 5k or whatever. TBH, 5k is not that much, it ist one set of crafting dailies on one char. The reason why guilds tend to kick inactive players is, because inactive people do not gegerate any gold and just block a guild slot.
