The International Genome Sample Resource (IGSR) has been established at EMBL-EBI to continue supporting data generated by the 1000 Genomes Project, supplemented with new data and new analysis. The IGSR is funded by the Wellcome Trust (grant number WT104947/Z/14/Z). The 76,156 genomes from gnomAD v3.1.2 have been included in gnomAD v4. We have not updated the quality control (QC) of these samples, but we have updated some of the frequencies within the HGDP and 1000 Genomes (HGDP/1KG) subset.
