I had conducted a head to head on the 365 and Hellcat about a year ago with a Boberg and a Detonics Auto 9 included just for fun. For me, the Hellcat beat the 365 barely and primarily over the trigger and the sights which I considered (based on timed tests) far faster to acquire than the 365.
