Well, it is not there. What I see is "Use Print Screen key to open screen capture" & as Rascalmom said, that disables screen capture. The screen goes black and a small bar appears on my main screen with a few options for the type of capture - I think this is the new Snip and Sketch tool. There are loads of instructions online to disable the old "Snipping Tool" - but this Snip&Sketch seem hard coded and are messing up SnagIt.
