I have the Pipboy 2500 mod, and I think that's my problem. The thing is I deleted that mod and my Piboy is still gone. You've activated the "ULTRA SECRET HARDCORE" mode where you have to beat every enemy to death with your fists, in no armor. To be serious, though, sounds like a problem on the NMM side of things.

From my experience, the Pip-Boy only becomes entirely invisible if you just crouched or stopped moving right before using your Pip-Boy. It is likely a bug, where you're seeing the Pip-Boy's transitional state between being visible and invisible. The only fix is to wait a little bit after crouching or stopping, until your character turns ...
