13 votes, 30 comments. true. i had the exact same thing. i took the nclex 2 weeks ago and left in TEARS and swearing i failed. i had 85 w and about 6-7 cases studies and then stand alone questions as well. my friend took it the day before and had way less case studies then me. we both passed!! don’t worry, do the trick. i didn’t do the trick and i regret it …I was 99% convinced that I failed at 85q. The NGN test is now 85-150 questions. I went all the way to 150 & also took the almost entiretime allowed with maybe 3 minutes to spare!! Normally I am a fast test taker and have always been one of the firsts to finish. After 85 questions, I started to shake. I took a break to calm myself down again. At 125 questions, I only had 25 minutes left.
