Hi, One of our 2030A Pro Gators is having clutch problems. There's not much in the tech manual- just the adjustment procedure for the cable. I followed that and its adjusted correctly. This is pretty much an on going problem with Gator clutches I have found out. Other equip: 1982 IH 274 diesel, 1957 Farmall Cub, 1992 33" cut Snapper rear engine rider, 1984 30" cut Snapper rear engine rider. The 2020 Gators have an electronic clutch engagement system for 4wd and diff lock.

I've had a THD6x4 for 15 years. I'm on my 2nd belt. I've pulled massive loads up 30+% hills. I've done likewise with a log tote. I've locked the axles and pulled crazy stuff. I've smelled the belt. I've had to shut down due to engine overheat. I've kind of pushed the limit many times. But my "clutch" is fine.

Checking online blue smoke indicates the engine may be burning oil but there are several possible causes from poor fuel to oil leaking past the pistons. I solved my problem,i will never buy another deere again. Parts prices are outrageous, and no aftermarket support. Good thing is there is plenty of options, i had plenty of lawn mower issues that drove me nuts, solved that by buying a SCAG. To be honest the clutch is my main gripe with it, and how tight it is in the engine compartment .
