This started prior to a storm that caused an outage (on July 26), but it wasn't so frequent that I could identify it. Now, I can't stay in multiplayer lobbies. I time out most of the time.

There was only match were my packet loss was a problem and stayed in the 5-15% range. The other matches my packet loss was either 0 or it intermittently would spike to 1-3% or so.
