Each member of the guild has 30 slots in the store and can list whatever they want at whatever price. This is per guild, so if you have 4 guilds that have stores, you get 120 slots total. It is not necessary to have a guild trader. Active trading guilds will sell a lot internally as well. I second the Shopkeeper addon. It's very useful.
