My oculus is glitching.

My right controller keeps staying in one spot and not moving around. Ex: I will be playing blade and sorcery, I go to aim a bow and my right controller gets stuck at random places. And the only way to fix it is me putting my controller where it’s stuck and shaking it violently. And It disappears sometimes and then comes back.Question/Support.
