I recently had the opportunity to closely look over a handful of these exact complete PSA "Blem" lowers for $129.99 shipped. ALL of them had the PSA Premium 7075-T6 receiver-extensions installed as shipped. The "dry-film lubricant" sprayed inside the receiver-extensions was very easy to see (per spec for most real 7075-T6 tubes).

The back of the lower forging more closely resembles the LR-308 pattern than the AR-10 pattern.
