So I see my first completed list but the second mission to give him my objects does not activate and he is not in his greenhouse. You can collect all the plumes and gator eggs prior to starting that mission, there’s no spawn restriction there. I have all of those in chapter 2. I remember that once you start the side mission Duchesses and Other Animals, all the animals you need to collect are suddenly nowhere to be found as if they know someone's coming for them.
