I like the added weight also. I’ve had a few FTE with good quality NATO 124 gr spec ammo (WW and Norma) out of about 400 rds. Appreciate your feedback.They are known to have this issue. You need to file the right screw down a few mm until it no longer screws onto your extractor spring pin. I literally went to an armorer today for this exact issue. EPS Carry on a brand new G43x. They took the gun apart, took off the optic, filed down the screw, and reassembled.I had problems with my 43X when I first got it. I sent it back to Glock and it's been perfect since then. In either case, the issue is an easy fix and takes less than 5 minutes. -Slightly bevel the bottom edge of the mag catch with some sandpaper or a fine file. I put a slight bevel on the mag as well.

Glock 43 Fail to Feed, New Type of Issue. To me at least. Shot 100 rounds last night and in my mag with a Pearce +1, on the last round or next to last the round was sticking nose up, stuck into the top of the barrel hood/chamber. Happened 4 times. Thought it was the Pearce but disassembled the mag in case there was a burr or whatever.

I have heard of some issues with some of the gen 2s but remember lemons get out in every company. I believe in giving them an opportunity to fix the issue before making a final judgement on the mags.

Replace the weak spring that came with the aftermarket SSL with the spring on the OEM SSL.
