I can't speak to the Harvey or Sawstop. I have used a Unisaw and Powermatic 66 in the past, so I do have that comparison info. They are good solid saws but can be pricey to find and refurbish if you can't afford a new one. I happen to have bought a Grizzly G1023SL probably 10-15 years ago and I'm more than pleased with it.
