It seems to run pretty normal when cold, but a few minutes after reaching normal running temp, it gradually seems to idle rougher and rougher, it's low on power and there's a drop in oil pressure. There was also a noticeable drip ftom the tail pipe.

In older vehicles that had questionable cooling fans, you could just drive 50-60 and the airflow through radiator was enough to keep your engine happy. Not so in the JK. Particularly if you're running the A/C.
