I have a 2011 Kia Soul and found front and back and left and right carpet areas to be wet. The carpet felt wet to the touch and wet underneath both front mats. I pulled the seats and all the trim and peeled the carpeting to the rear and found standing water underneath the carpet. Just find something firm yet pliable to insert into drain pipe underneath vehicle near passenger side. That will dislodge gunk which is holding the water from draining out the pipe. Make sure the cabin filter is changed regularly, excess dust/dirt is the gunk holding the water from draining.
