Each Port will have to be forwarded individually, though if your router has UPnP play turned on (which isn't recommend BTW for security reasons) it might automatically pick up the Plex Port. You can tell if Plex is allowing remote connections from the settings page in Plex.

So if you check in your remote access of your Plex server it will tell you the port you have set up.
