If you have a chance to compare both side by side you won't be asking this question. IMO PTR is a hot piece of garbage. There is also a lot of value in the H&K, you get an ambi pack and an F BCG. The ambi pack is particularly nice. If you want to run a pictogram lower, you need an ambi pack and that's a $500+ upgrade.
