That's the correct guy to speak with at CZ Custom. CZC has set up two Shadow 1's with the multi-optic plates for me (both have SRO's mounted) and just recently did a direct mill on a Shadow 2 for another SRO and milled the slide to make CO weight for IDPA. The S2 has just about an ounce to spare on the weight.

That was a good suggestion. Egwguns.com has similar dovetail plates for variety of guns. Have one for my PPQ and a friend bought one for his Shadow 2. About $50 USD. Downside is the optic sits higher than with a milled slide. I had CZ Custom do my Shadow 2 and recently switched from a Burris FF3 to a Trijicon SRO simply by switching out the plate. The SRO still sits fairly low on the slide even with a plate system.
