I put it on her and she looked like she was pregnant. She's walking around with her belly all stuck out in the armor, kinda like she's leaning backwards.
This is purely a Serana problem. Note: I can still talk with her if she's the one who starts the conversation. It's only when I have to go up to her and talk that I can't get it to work. Also, I can activate command mode and order her around. It's just starting a conversation specifically with her that doesn't work.
