I would also say with the shallow "S" "R" and "A" selector position marks that your lower is of the Brazilian breed. Look for proof marks, most manufacturers put theirs on the left side of the lower, yours doesn't appear to have one, if it doesn't it's most likely from Brazil. If you find a proof mark post a picture and the mystery will be solved.
