I spent 6, almost 7 months preparing for this exam. Averaged 515 on FLs, memorized the Kaplan books, and reviewed all 3,048 UWorld questions (also re-did the incorrect ones a second time). I'm not in school by the way so I basically treated studying for the MCAT like a full time job. And yet I scored a 502 on the 5/18 exam: 122/128/122/130.

The section banks were the level of the harder passages on test day, but definitely were within the ballpark of things that showed up.
