Granted they give me 5k towards closing cost for the first and then give me 10k toward closing cost for the 2nd becuase I am a repreat customer. Both went very smooth and closed on time. Lennar is the Wish of home builders. Stay clear or you will end up with a poorly constructed pile of junk. Customer service is non existent and they do not stand by their warranty.
