PMC runs r fine for me. It's not really an issue, it's just how player scav runs work. You can only join a raid as a scav if there is a raid running with PMCs still alive, with an available player scav spot, at the correct time in said raid. Since everyone is trying to play scav, these few available slots get eaten quickly by people in queue.
