To build some Hosue Walls in Project Zomboid you will simply need to right-click anywhere on the ground where you will want to make a wall. Then just scroll through the window and find Carpentry. Under Carpentry, you will look for Wall. Ripped sheets and logs are practically renewable resources with zombies and trees. Nails are more finite. But log walls can't be plastered and painted. So if you really want to get ambitious. A log wall is best for an outer perimeter fence. A level 3 wooden wall is best for the actual structure as you can pretty it up with plaster and paint.
